Have you ever considered taking out their substrate and replacing it with paper towels, reptile carpet, or slate?
Loose substrates can be accidentally consumed by them.

It's also a bit more difficult to clean but sometimes different things work for different people... Your geckos look happy and healthy!

Cute geckos! Looks like Eco Earth substrate, which is fine if a little is ingested. I use that for my cresties.

Amanda good guess! And it's very loose they never eat it and when they do they're pretty good at spitting it out. I thought about doing the other methods it's just ugly as hell and nothing like their natural homes (Not that just dirt is) I wanted it to be as natural as possible. Not so hard to clean up if you stay on top of it, we change the soil out every month and clean the poo with gloves on so that I don't have to touch it everyday.. Yes they are very happy and healthy they give kisses all the time
