My Tremper Jungle laid an egg!

Ok I was NOT prepared for this! I have had my 2 pair since like May and have NEVER seen an egg until a couple days ago. At first I thought she just took a giant poop (I had fed them pinkies a day or so before) so I kind of made a mental note to clean their cage when I got home from the doctor. I then examined it more closely to find it to be a hardened oblong shaped egg with an indent in the front of it. I left it be for a bit then called someone who told me to get some "Hatch Right" and put it in a warm place. I was gone all day long at appointments and when I came home with the stuff to do this the egg had softened a bit and had clear indents in it. I still placed it in the substrate and placed it in a warm area but am not sure if the egg is still viable.....sniff
How long before I would know for sure its a good one?
How long before she lays any more?
Why haven't my other pair had eggs yet? Is it because of his genetic malfunctions? He is quite a "whirlybird"(Albino Bell Enigma) and I even have to hand feed him because he is so affected that she eats all his food before he can get to it. It even takes him 5-7 tries with it right in front of him before he can actually coordinate his movements to grab the food. Could this be the problem? She is not in his gene pool so I am hoping maybe I can breed this neuro problem out. Am I making a mistake?
I know VERY LITTLE about Leos but I love these little guys. I feed them plenty of crickets, waxies, grasshoppers, roaches (when I can get them) and pinkies along with their calcium and all that.
What do I do if the egg does hatch? What do I feed the babies?
Sorry for the long post, I am just so excited to enter the next stage of Leo Love!

Not completely intentionally, mostly for lack of cages since I know you cant keep males together, but I would also love to learn to breed them as well. I have someone that will buy the babies from me.

It's a lot of work, and if you aren't prepared for the cost (initially) and the stress it can cause (I worry non-stop for my breeders and the babies they produce), I'd separate. However, if you are prepared, then you just need to ask some questions and get yourself set up, because the people on this forum are lovely and very generous with their knowledge.

Congrats on the egg. Are you prepared to build a rack for the babies to live in? 1 more 10gal tank for one of your males (then house the 2 females together) is going to take a lot less space than a rack full of babies, and a lot less money too. Is your friend willing to take like 14 babies or more? Also it's inadvisable to breed enigmas with neurological problems. Just some food for thought.

I separated the radish tail from my Bell Enigma as she was eating all his food. I put her in with the other 2 (the Tremper Jungle and the Male) and they seem to be getting on fine..(he mated with the new one within the first day). I agree about breeding our little Sonny; In our moment of stupidity, I was hoping I could "breed out" his neuro probs. He is having a difficult time with eating and we have now been having to hand feed him as he just has no coordination to hunt or eat his food. It still even takes him 5+ tries while we are holding his food with tongs to actually get it in his mouth. He is by himself now so noone can eat his food. He is such a sweet and beautiful little guy I would just have loved to see the beautiful colored babies he could have made.
Anyhoo, the egg my Tremper laid was not viable and didnt make it, however she did lay one last week and this time I saw it in time to get it in some hatch rite and I have it incubating. How long will it take before it hatches? What do I do when it does?
BTW I do have a rack I can use for babies.
