Well ReptiCon was here, and of course I had to go! I was going to get other things first, but I stepped on over to the leopard geckos. I just couldn't help myself! When I saw her, I was like, "Hey I've seen your add on geckoforums!" and she was like, "Really? What's your screen name on there?" so I said it and she said she recognized me! I was thrilled. I got one of her little leos, she's a beautiful Eclipse! I also got mealworms and crickets too, and calcium powder, since they were the main things I was going to get to begin with LOL. The funny thing is, I posted on Facebook about how I can't be blamed if I came home with another lizard, and well here ya go! :D

Thanks and yea she was really sweet! I'm so glad I went! I think if I can, I'll go again in the spring. Just not sure how it's gonna work out but we'll see! And this Eclipse is truly awesome, I love her already! Mom kinda rolled her eyes when I brought her home but I said I couldn't help it. ^.^

Hehe thanks I can't wait to watch her grow, I know it's going to be just as awesome and fascinating from when I got Merlin and Jethro, though they're both clearly growing still, but ya know it's the whole "new" thing, so it's always great to see what happens! :)

Hope he forgives me :main_evilgrin:

Hehe thank you again so much! I was beginning to wonder if she'd start to eat soon or not, thankfully she showed great interest in crickets this evening! So now two of my three lizards are hungry for crickets, it'd be great if Merlin would go back to eating them, save money on food for them!

Here's a couple other pics in her new home. I've got to get one more hide in there for Abby, but so far she loves the two that she has. The Skull which I'm using as her temporary moist hide, and the three layered rock cave.

I named her Abby from NCIS, 'cause we're all big NCIS fans at the house. My bearded dragon is Jethro, and we have a new Papillon named Ziva, lol.

Hehe thanks, I have the three layered cave, and the skull in the tank so far. I'm going to get one more hide for the cool side, but I wanted to get one on the warm side and the moist hide first. She's showing more interest in eating tonight, ate about 12 small crickets. I'm gonna have to order more crickets soon, between Jethro and Abby's eating habits! ^.^

Yep, Abby's doing really well. Has a very healthy appetite. Seems to prefer crickets over mealworms though. That's fine with me, I think crickets are cheaper than mealworms. If I could get everyone on crickets, that would be great. Jethro loves them, Merlin's getting back into crickets, but he's a bit of a picky eater lately. Depends on his mood if he wants food or not. I wonder if that's because he's becoming a sub-adult or full adult now.

I have a quick question, I think I've read that females can/will lay infertile eggs. If so, at what point can you tell if they're going to lay infertile eggs, so that I can get a dig box prepared for her just as an in case scenario?
