Profile Picture problem

Whenever I try to upload a picture for my profile it says error uploading file.

How big is the image?

I tried shrinking it to all different sizes, as small as 45x34. I think the problem may be the KB.

If it is a very high quality picture, try posting it into word, sizing down the image, then print screen, Paste into paint. Then crop and save the image as a .jpeg. This should be fine for you to upload as a profile pic.

Sounds like a wicked big hassle. Why can't forums just be easy to use? Like I want to put my photos up. but I don't want to shrink, paste convert etc, wtf.

Your posting on a thread over 4 years old. You can upload your photos and they will be resized. With that being said if you use a very large photo your browser might time out and this would happen with any site.
