red worms?

i have some left over redworms from a fishing trip and i was wondering if they could be fed to my leos. not going to use them as an everyday food just wondering if it was ok here and there.

how big are they?

they are small. 3 inches in length max and a little bit bigger around than a #2 pencil lead.

does anyone have any input on this? i do not see any danger in it, but if somebody says other wise i will not do it.
