SHTCT baldy?

heres Rupurt and is he a baldy he has 3 or 4 faint spots on his lower jaw/chin

I'm no expert, and I've only just got my first leo about three weeks ago. But my leo, Amber, she's a SHTCTB. She has a few tiny spots on her lower jaw, but none on the top of her head. People's definition of what exactly is a baldy varies. But I'd say that to be a baldy a leo should not have spots on the top of his head. But spots on the lower jaw are allowed. Anyways, this is just what I think. As I say, I'm no expert, but from my own research this is what I've found out.
