From what I've observed, the albino enigmas will have the orange eyes. I don't believe a non-albino would, at least I've not seen any that did. Pictures like these keep me teetering on the fence as to whether or not to work with enigmas, though. They truly are the wildcard of the leo world.

Looking good bro. Enigmas don't have to have orange in their eyes regardless of albino or not. I have had orange in non albinos as well.

Here is one that has extreme amount of orange in its eyes. The color in the eyes just vary between geckos. Like Travis said it is not always albinos with orange eyes. Here is a perfect example.
