Can Uroplatus inbreed like Leopard Geckos?

I am buying two CB geckos, male and female. They are siblings, having come from a WC unrelated pair. If these two breed, therefore inbreeding, is this unacceptable?

I feel like no one really knows, but is going to play it safe since the genus is so difficult to breed to begin with.

Once I add these two i will have 1.3, the CB male and 2 WC females and (related to the male) CB female.

Thanks for the help

EDIT: Snakes inbreed, leo's, all insects....it seems like almost all reptiles and/or wild animals (general statement i know-but majority) inbreed....why cant Uro's?

I don't see why they couldn't, of course inbreeding raises the chances of genetic mutations and deformities. I don't see how it would harm the geckos breeding though.
