what should i use?

What should I use, Vermiculite(sp?) or Perlite or even something else?
What brand is the best or recommended?
I heard Hatchrite is bad, is this true and why?

i do not know about the hatchrite but i prefer vermiculite over perlite

for me perlite drys out way too quickly.I use moist vermiculite

I have had good results using ALbey's method with perlite.
