A weird problem

My blizzard male or (i think blizzard) bred with my bold stripe mack snow leopard gecko last night. when he was mating I saw to bulges protrude like in the picture. Ever since he mated his bulges haven't gone back to normal they are still swollen. Is this normal.

No, that's a prolapse. Do a search in the Health and Medications forums for it. I've heard a sugar water soak sometimes helps, but they sometimes need vet intervention...I've never had one with my animals, so far.
