Any clue what morph?

I was told he was a normal leopard gecko and was not a morph of any kind.... obviously that's not the case because this guy also said he was 1yr old but him and his tank mates were way too tiny for that.
The tip of his tail is also rounded rather than pointed... we're not quite sure why though. Any ideas? On age, morph, and what's going on with his tail?

At the moment he is a hypo, meaning that he has fewer than 10 body spots. If he ultimately loses all his spots, he will be a super hypo. it's hard to see his tail tip very well. Most likely either he lost the tip of the tail and it regenerated looking like that, or he hatched like that and it's a minor (and not affecting quality of life) birth defect.
