breeding cricket qustions for a friend

Ok so i breed crix and i told my biddie how he did not think i was rite so he asked me to put a post that says this.

What process do you use to breed your crickets?

What kind laying medium do you use? What ratio of water/medium do you use?
What temperatures do you keep your crickets at?
What temperature do you incubate the eggs at?
How long do you leave the laybox/cup in the breeding container?

I don't breed crix myself but I was under the impression that no one incubated the eggs...just provided a good egg laying substrate and kept them mildly warm..

i dont incubate them either i leave them in a cage away from the adults

If you get a lot of baby crickets then you're doing it right. If you don't get baby crickets or they don't survive to grow up, then you're doing it wrong.
