Crested gecko feeding

Hi all this my first post, I rescued a crested gecko about a month ago. I've been give him repashey CGD powered food every other day and the odd roach. I'm not sure how much he's eating & just wondered how often you guys feed yours and what you feed them??

Welcome to GF. I feed my crestie (along with the gargs and the leachie) powdered fruit stuff Mon,Wed,Fri and frequently feed crickets Sun and Tues . Frequently it doesn't look as if anyone has eaten, but they're all a good weight. Just keep offering.

I am definitely no expert. I have fruit squares specifically for Crested Geckos. I don't know that I have ever seen him touch it. He is a terrible aim with crickets. But he seems to like it when I hold one up right in front of him. Maybe he is just spoiled and wants to be hand fed. LOL But he seem to poop often enough......like every time I get him out to play. Sorry about that rabbit trail there. At any rate, I would love to hear from more experienced owners as well.
