Double clutching female....sort of?

I have an Amel female that ovulated in October, was bred, and laid eggs. I bought her and I have been fattening her up, now, she is ovulating again and has very good body weight and a chunky tail. Would it be OK to let her go again? I don't care if she does, but she make some nice animals and I didn't have a whole lot of Amels this season and I think this girl could do some nice work? Thoughts?

If she's healthy and ovulating I don't see why not.

I went ahead and put them together for breeding and I noted breeding behavior and I am guessing I'll see eggs in 2 weeks.
