egg help first time

this is my first fertile clutch and this appeared on one of the eggs now they r not supposed to hatch till the first week of august but the egg got huge and there is a bulge with this spot on it and when I candled it the bottom was black there is a pic.

It looks as if the shell is wearing thin. I don't know that there's anything you can do besides just leave it along and hope for the best.

thanks it did hatch but the other is deflated and has been for at least 1 day
