Feeding schedule

I'm new to leopard geckos and was wondering, how many mealworms should i feed him every meal. He's 4-5 years old, captive bred, and IMO looks really healthy, but i'm no pro. =P

Usually leave them in a bowl 24/7 they will eat what they want

i leave some mealworms in the bowl but i throw in some crix or give him new food that i know he well eat at night or early morning sence they are nocturnl
