help! gecko impaction

please help! i really love my gecko but i suddenly noticed that there's something strange in her belly,,, she is not eating and not pooping for quite a while now...what should i do?

- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now. - she is not pooping and very poor appetite

- When was the last time he/she went - not for a while

i think that you could do with filling out the enclosure section on the quesstionnaire, so we know substrate and lights and environment etc.

But firstly, to get a gecko to poop, you can dab a little oil on his lips for him to lick off and this can help get things moving, also warm soaks of about 10 - 20 mins twice a day.
however it could be impaction from a bad choice of substrate.

the housing is a rectangualr plastic container,
with plastic hide... everything even the food and water dish is made of plastic
i have no any lighting.... our usual temp is 28 to 34 degrees,,,,..

I have never used the oil with my pets, and never needed to.

She's backed up...what you can do to fix it is give her 15-20minute long warm soaks in the sink. 2 times a day. Also you can put her in a container and drive for a little bit with her in the car, the bumps will usually get her moving.
