help geckos wont eat

hey guys i got 3 new geckos 2 weeks ago and they still will not eat at all iv tryed mealworms crix and roaches witch is what the guy said they were eating but none of them will eat at all and im getting worried

How are the temperatures? Many geckos do take a few weeks to settle in and start eating again, but I guess it should never be assumed that that's the reason. Are they in calm quiet surroundings? Mine stopped eating for a week once shortly after I first got them, and when I started opening the curtain and letting in light during the daylight hours they started eating again. It might have been coincidence, but it's certainly worth trying if they are in the dark all day as mine were.

temps seem to be fine there the same temps iv had in my geckos room for 2 years all my other geckos are doing fine

can u take a temp reading on the warm side just to make sure? Do they have belly heat?

the warm side is 92/93 and the cool side is 80/81 nothing has changed in 2 years
