I'm an old guy who's new to Gecko-dom and am looking forward to learning all I can about the little jewels nature has gifted us with. I'm a major Tarantula keeper who's been in the hobby over 30 years. I've wanted to get a Crested Gecko ever since I first saw them, I think they are beautiful in all of their splendid colors and patterning. I broke down a few days ago and finally took the plunge. It took me awhile to set up his/her arboreal tank, but I've got plenty of experience there with my arboreal Tarantula's so not a problem. Anyway, I'm happy to be here!

Welcome! I got my first crested gecko in 2006 and Spencer is still with me (along with 4 others) at age 17!

Thanks Aliza! Nice to see that Gex could possibly live as long as my (female)Tarantulas can, honestly didn't expect that. This is going to be a fun journey
