Impacted?

I've had my Leo for about two weeks. The pet store I got her from used sand. I'm afraid that she has impaction, but I'm not sure. If anyone could tell me if she does and how to help her, that would be great.

Is she eating? Is she pooping? If so, don't worry. I don't see anything in the picture to be worried about.

I believe its a gall bladder. Nothing to be worried about.
