I have to get to work. But I will write something up tonight if I have time. This is a very broad question. But I will help tonight or tomorrow.

A really good book to buy is Ron Trempers: Leopard Gecko The Next Generation

Low 80's for female, high 80's for male, middle for both.
Vermiculite or Perlite (I'll let someone else answer the water ratio)
About 38-60 days depending on temperature

I'm building my own do it yourself incubator...it's a risky way to go as a first time breeder but I have a lot of time [and these fantastic resources] to make sure that everything is working absolutely perfectly prior to placing eggs inside for incubation. [LepoInc actually has an awesome video showing his homemade incubator!]

Here is the guide I am following. This guy is a professional and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a wonderfully healthy and happy leo from him last month.
