iTrader Rating

[Californiaman]

Recently Rob from Herpcam sent me a private message regarding Trader Rating.
There was an automated message attached to the link I was supposed to go to. It is not functioning at this time.
Every time I try to open it, nothing is downloaded or sent to my computer.
Any help would be appreciated.
