Mourning Gecko troubling behavior?

Hi there. One of my mourning gecko is currently rubbing the side of its jaw against one of the wood pieces in the enclosure. It almost looks like it is trying to bite it. Is this a normal behavior for mourning geckos? Plus, I have some concerns, as I have recently discovered that the package box of the heat lamps that I use for the enclosure is labeled "UVB + UVA", and says it is a tortoise basking lamp (we bought it off Amazon). Our basement gets pretty cold, so this small basking lamp is needed to keep the enclosure warm. The heat bulbs give off adequate heat, but I am worried because of the UVB and UVA because the Pangea diet that I recently started feeding contains vitamin d3 and so does the calcium supplement powder that I use for dusting fruit flies. Will this cause calcium overdose?

I don't think you have to worry about the light (just don't replace the bulbs next year) and I have no idea why it's rubbing its jaw.
