Peak window for deformities?

So I know that in mammals there is a window of time that the embryo/fetus is most susceptible to deforming agents/conditions. It is very early on in the first trimester. Does anyone know if there is something similar with reptiles? I'd imagine if so, it's also towards the beginning where cell differentiation is taking place.

One of the reasons that I ask is because last night I had a slight temp spike from 88F to 92F. I know it's only 4 degrees but 92 is pretty high, and I don't know how long it was like that. When I went to sleep at midnight it was at 88 and when I woke up at 8 it was 92. I estimate my eggs are about 10 days or so away from hatching, so I'd hope they're pretty far developed and a temp fluctuation wouldn't be as detrimental. (They're on day 40, but I'm trying out the female incubation method where you incubate low for the first month the up the temp for the second. Temp was raised on day 24. I heard they hatch around day 50, sometimes earlier)
