Picture help

Hello,

I decided if I am going to post picture here I better learn how lol. So how do I post pics? I was reading in anouther thread that photobucket sucked so........... where would be a good on-line photo storage place thats free and how would I add the pics to post?

If your pics are under 1 MB and in either jpg, jpeg, png, or gif format they can be uploaded and hosted here in the Photo Gallery... Once you've uploaded your pic you can copy the URL and use the add image tool paste it in to your post...

Easiest way to add a pic would probably be to click on the Insert Image icon

and put the url or link to the pic in there.

You will not see this button if you try to add this in a quick reply box. So you will need to go to the advanced editor or full editor.

Not as easy way .. but still pretty easy. This is done by using placing the picture link between the IMG tag.

example:
[IMG ]http://www.your-picture-link.com/blah.jpg [/IMG ]

(NOTE that when typing it out .. there is no space after the IMG. This was only done so that it will show up as text. Otherwise if I had not placed the space there the forums will try to show the link in between the brackets as a picture.)

Thanks. I don't know any html or web page stuff so I just need to add the img stuff.
