I currently am dusting food once every 3 days w/ repashy multivitamin (includes Ca & d3). And am putting regular rep-cal calcium w/o d3 in a gatorade lid in the enclosure. Is this a sound regime? And how often do i need to replace the Ca in the dish?

Not exactly. The repashy every other feeding and no calcium dish in the tank or you risk over supplimenting with calcium and developing calcium deposit bubbles behind the front legs. Not that they'll hurt your leo but when using a complete suppliment you don't need teh extra dish of calcium. I made this mistake and Eros got a bubble but now that I took the dish out it's gone just 3 weeks later.
