S.I.M. hovabator fix. So far no dent!

SO talked with Gregg a while back. He told me to suspend a paper towel over eggs that was damp. I have done this and put the grate back in SIM. SO far so good. Eggs have not dented and are hanging in there. Still waiting on the modified lid but in the meantime this seems to be working well.
