The "black hole" is referring to the scattered spots on the body. I believe Ron Tremper calls them "Galaxies". I have heard other cheeky terms. "Paradox spot" said by Sasobek.

wait wait wait. Black hole abosolutely does not refer to scattered spots. Its an actual morph which that gecko doesn't look like. A black hole is a "Mack Snow Eclipse Enigma". Those spots are paradox spots, which means a random mutation of black pigment where is normally wouldnt be. A galaxy/total eclipse is a "Super Snow Eclipse".

You look like you have a blizzard or murphy patternless. Looks like it is super snow also with the Dorsal stripe and darker appearance.

So it might be a Super Snow Blizzard or a Super Snow Murphy Patternless.
