Whats your method os sifting mealworms?

Just want to know what people use to sift out their little mealies. I use a spaghetti strainer with small holes but it still takes a while.

I took a deli cup and using my codery iron I made a bunch of holes in half of the bottom of it. i scoop the mealies and bedding up and shake it through. Some of the mealies fall through but more stay in the cup than not. Also as the colony eats and deficates (the dust ussually at the bottom of the container) I use a screen mesh sieve to seperate that from the still good bedding and worms. I then use the dust poo as an organic fertilizer for my bonsai collection and same with cricket poo.
