Wheat bran for Dubia Roach feeders?

I recently bought some wheat bran for my gecko's superworm snacks and I thought, "Can I give these to my dubias as food too?"

So the question is...can I? Would that hurt my boy? Would that hurt my feeders? I wanted to be sure before I give anything new to them first.

It won't hurt them, though wheat bran alone is not enough nutrition.
