When is sex developed exactly?

I've read sex is developped in the first 30 days, could you tell more exactly? Ambient temperature are very high now, between 30-32 (night/day).

Itwas like that for at least @10 days.So I'm worried having too many males... Here the list of my last eggs that I guess aren't sexed yet :

I got 4 from 30th June, 4 from 14th July and 2 from 21th July. Going to have 4 more before August, tomorrow I guess. Now listening to you!
