Where to buy Herpstat 1 Basic, new or used, at best price?

I checked the classifieds on this forum, but no one seems to use them often.

Where should I start my search to buy a Herpstat 1 Basic (or other QUALITY proportional) thermostat? I am open to buying a used one if the price is right, and I am planning to operate on a "hobby" level, so I don't want to spend $125+ to get a good proportional thermostat.

You don't see people selling them used except with a rack in general. I bought mine at spyder robotics. What are you using it for?
