These our all of our furry little friends.. Or mostly furry for that matter :p

First a few of my favorite mice. I breed them, so this changes a lot as i have to let go of them at one point or another.. I prefer dove tan mice, but also get a lot of other colors, because of the fact that mice aren't that geneticly pure :p

Noble, an orange broken marked guy i've bred.

Broock, a dove tan broken marked guy. One of my first breds in this coloring i have.

James, a himalayan silverfox i bought to breed tricolor with. Awesome boning and beautyful coloring.

My beautyful tricolor silverfox girl called Hui. She stays with an awesome guy right now, so hopefuly we'll get a bunch of cure tricolors again :)

And a few not-so-furry friends :D

Bella is my first African pygmy hedgehog. Most of them die at 4-6 years, but Bella is now 6 years old and still running around like a two year old :p She has some allergies and also has her own story with neclecting and stuff and got here when she was 2,5 years old. She recovered very well and may enjoy the rest of her life with us. Every day with her is a blessing right now :) As for the coloring.. She is an odd-eyed dark grey reversed pinto :p Left eye is ruby and right one is black, so you only will see the odd-eye with flash.

Next up is Link, an Algerian grey pinto guy who is born august 24th at the first breeder in The Netherlands who breeds with pedigrees to track lines with WHS, which is a deadly disease with hedgies. I am second from december on and Link will be my first breedable hedgie. We will pick him up this sunday! Old picture ofcourse, but i only got vids from then on, lol.

And last but not least is a female who already has got one litter and is an adult female without a name. We did a reservation, but she still lives with her breeder in Poland. She is a grey splitface pinto girl and she will arrive in december unless we can arrange her carriage before than.

Bella does really well on handling, but some hedgies have issues with adjusting to that. They are very shy pets that have to be handled with lots of patient, and mainly, no pressure. If the hog isn't ready, just don't do it or do it with lots of patience and handgloves :p

Certainly not pets for everyone. Over here we see that people tend to have them for two months and claim that "there is no click" or "the hog doens't like to be handled". But overall i share the same meaning as other hedgehog owners. You need to give them time, give it a year and if they are your kind of pet, than you'll know.
