they are the same here. Most of my wc are 10 plus years old. I picked up 12 WC females in sept of 09 and the majority cycled w/the rest of my colony 3 took the year off and did not breed.
If the lights on in your house do you know it's dark outside? Monitors view the light as a heat source not the sun. Monitor and geckos are way different in there Psyche and breeding.

The trick is getting the trichomonads under control. Some times it can take 3-4treatments. Get them hydrated. If they eat with in the first few days your good-to-go. the last group I got(Oct) I didn't loose any. I did do fecals and floats.

From seeing the things you've posted for sale I infer that you have some high end animals. The WC need to be quarantined away from your other animals in a separate room. It's to big a risk to take.
