my daughter is almost 2 and she is my life! i have loved reptiles since i was little. i remember one time at my grandmas house me and my cousins caught a garden snake in an empty milk container (which we wouldn't tell grandma what we needed it for haha) and when we took it inside to show her, she quickly told us to "take it right back outside and let it go!" also i grew up catching salamanders in creeks and rivers. im now 25 and i have a leopard gecko. her name is Lana. i named her after a character on the show Archer (which im obsessed with! lol). Since i got her, id have been even more interested in learning about all kinds of reptiles especially leopard geckos though because i want to make sure she is happy and healthy at all times! i take her out about every other day and hold her for an hour at the longest. after that she tends to want to wander. before that she just sits and crawls on me! i recently got a job and will be starting soon and plan on setting up a bank account to save money (which im not the best at haha) and maybe someday have more reptiles! however my landlord is...difficult and strict but hopefully when i have the money to afford all the proper odds & ends for my future animal family, she will work something out with me ..IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ADVICE FOR A "NOVICE" OF A LEOPARD GECKO OWNER, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME!
