Based on recent events, I respectfully withdraw my endorsement for Reptster and their shipping services. The owner's actions have made it very clear to me that he is undeserving of any support from the reptile community.

I would not even consider a replacement animal from a seller like this.
I would demand a refund for the deceased animal. This person has no business whatsoever shipping a live animal in that manner.
