Daedric1- great comments. We use bare bottom enclosures and clean closer to every two months or so. One other factor is how many geckos (and size) in the enclosure. Example- we keep pairs in 20XHs so the 'every 2 months' works for us.

We feed the CGD/MRP every other day as well (M-W-F) then over the weekends, add insects (crickets or mealworms). The mixed diet will last a couple of feedings if kept covered in the fridge..
