First, this thread is against Geckoforums TOS (which I'm pretty sure you already know) and will most likely be locked. Second, be careful opening a BOI thread about someone who you have never done business with. The BOI is a very useful tool, but it can also be a double-edged sword if you post a "bad guy" thread about someone that you have never had a transaction with.
