1 superworm = ? full size mealworms

I've been feeding full size superworms to some of my larger leos and I'm curious how you would equate the superworms to mealworms.

I'm guessing 1 super = 8 mealworms?

Some of my adults will down two supers in a matter of seconds and not eat again for up to three days. Anyone else notice this?

I also feed crickets to these same adults but they won't usually eat the crickets. Maybe they're too lazy or maybe just too full?

I never really fed supers on a regular basis, but I would say about 7-9 meals.

I have a breeding colony of superworms and it depends. I have some that are long and skinny and i have ones that are short and fat. Now if you have been feeding supers on a regular basis then they probably wont eat the crickets as supers fill up leos very fast. My fatest leo will only eat 3-4 every 2 days.
