12 year old female won't eat

I have a female leopard gecko I've had since 2001. She has stopped eating for awhile and has gotten super skinny. She won't let me force feed her she just spits it out.

Pretty sure there is nothing I can do and she's just old and dying but its sad.

she needs to see a vet. have you tried dotting the slurry mix onto her nose so she licks it off her self rather then force feeding her as that can be very traumatic.
what is your set up and temps?
