my geckos are all first time breeders. now i know this means they will produce few eggs and probably interfile eggs (even though iv got everything set up and hoping for babies :) )

im wondering, will they produce again later in the breeding season or is that it until next jan/feb?

Each leo is different. You can't judge one against the other or even one year against another with the same female.

I have one female that produced 15 eggs her first year and another that produced 2.

The one that produced 15 started in Oct 06 and finished her last clutch in the middle of Feb. Her clutches came all within about two weeks of each other except the last clutch which came almost a month later than the one before it.

Then I have a female that started in Dec 06, and has only produced 1 clutch per month.

No one can give you an exact answer to your questions, with these things only Mother Nature has control. It's best to know they can produce up to 16 clutches per season, sometimes more, and just be prepared for housing the hatchlings.

iv got everything sorted for hatchlings, got loads of 9 litre really useful boxes and am in the process of building a rack but in the mean time they are just lay on the floor by the wall ontop of a heat mat obviously :)

so far got 3 good eggs, 1 due to hatch any day i think :)
