I have a communal of 13 baby leopard geckos right now, all of them unsexed. I know for a fact that males will fight to the death with each other. So at what age do they fight? What age should i separate them, im still trying to contact/find a carpenter who will make me a custom rack to house them individually

The males may begin fighting as soon as they are sexually mature. Some will mature faster then others though. Just keep your eyes open, and seperate them as soon as possible. Only hatchlings of approximately the same size should be housed together anyway though, because the larger ones may mistake the very young ones for food, and could attack them or rip their tails off. Be aware of that, and hopefully you will have a rack system soon :)

In any situation where babies are kept together they need to be sorted on a regular basis as the bigger ones will out-compete, bully or even eat the smaller ones (depending on the size difference). I usually say no more than 10% difference between any two animals in the same enclosure. I would be more worried about that that males fighting at this stage. I would definitely have all the males separated by 25g or so. They should start to mature by 30g but, like Dinosaur said, it can vary.
