Hello,
Just wondering if anyone knows the pros and cons of the two different wattages in the 3 inch heat tape (6 watt vs. 10 watt)? I've used the 10 watt stuff for years and may build a new rack soon. I'm not sure when the 6 watt stuff came out and realize the obvious fact that it uses less wattage........but are there other less known limitations to using it? I'm all about conserving electricity but would like to hear more info. if available.
