These girls room together in a 55 gal tank

This is one group out of 3 groups of females that I have kept together since they were very young babies (Sept-06)and they seem to do so well that I have left them together

I was looking at Tempest's head as I was taking the pics today and I am trying to decide if that is a bite mark on it or some stuck shed

I am going to separate them into individual sweater boxes tonight just to be on the safe side

I put them into a sweater box one by one to get these pics
The pics were taken in front of a big window in my kitchen with no flash
I think that I have found the best place in the house to take pics

Hope that you enjoy them

Wow! They change so much as they grow up. It's fun to look back at younger pics and compare to what they currently look like!

Cool that you put out their old pics. I like seeing the differences in patterns. They are beautiful. What did you decide about Tempest's head? Is it a bite?

Thanks Fe Mari and Jeanine

After getting out the magnifying glass (it's hell to get old-lol) I don't see any indentation as to suggest a healed over wound and I used a moistened q-tip to removed the spot of shed that was stuck

Looks like everyone is getting along fine but I am still moving them into individual tubs
Unfortunately I didn't get to it last night but I will today as I do my usual feeding and cleaning and washing/replacing water dishes etc

Even though they all appear to be having no issues being kept together
I think that it's time to give them all their own sweater boxes
