50 days dent eggs

As above, this happened to a few clutches of mine. Usually, same hatching hatch at the same day or an interval of like 1 day in my facility. But somehow, sometimes I found one of them dent even the sibling hatched out nice and healthy after the 45-55days of incubation period. What could be the mistake? I mean I am using the same bedding (cocopeat), same temperature, same moisture ratio, same humidity, but how could it happen?

I cut open all the dented eggs, and as always I found a prefect formed baby gecko dead inside.

Help needed.:(

there are a myriad of things that can go wrong during fetal development with any animal species including humans. if it keeps happening with a particular animal it could be a bad genetic combination and switching to a different male might help the outcome.

good luck

Yap. Most of them were from the same father. Some of the hatchling died in a day or two. I guess it could be the bad genetic hence lowering the immune system. One of the baby turn out having MBD after few months even she was kept in the same condition. Could it be related? I appreciate your input guys :)
