Yea thats what I use for breeding but you may wanna get a couple of them depending on how many you plan to breed. What I do is throw a few hundred into a 6qt tub and let them grow and when they turn into pupae I put them into a small container (usually the origianl container I bought the mealworms in) and when they turn into beetles I put them into a new 6qt tub to let them start breeding. I try to have not too many beetles in each breeding tub so its easier to clean out dead beetles. After all the beetles die in a tub I then let those mealworms grow until feeding size and depending on how low my supply is I will let a handful turn into pupae and then beetles. I find the 6qt tubs easier to pick through also when looking for mealworms to use as feeders.
