i mix 50gr of vermiculite to 40gr of water (80%) but the vermiculite seems dry???

be careful vermicuite will feel dry even when soaked!

thats enough on paper.

Try macking a ball with it in your fist. squeeze it as tight as you can and if any water runs out it's too damp. If it clumps together into a ball it's just right.
