Seems like a pretty good technique...might have to try it. Seems cheaper than buying a real one from a pet store.

it is really only cheaper if you plan to build several small ones or a large one that would normally cost over $30. if you only plan on building one small one i think it would costs more after you buy all the supplies and take into account how much time you spent on it.
