I am certified to ship reptiles through FedEx. I ship as long as the lows are above 30 degrees. If its too cold I hold them until we get a break in the weather otherwise live arrival is void. I ship in styro boxes with heat packs FedEx priority overnight only. I can ship in colder weather, but there will be extra cost for double styro boxes.
