Mom took me Christmas shopping and let me pick up something that I didn't think that I would be getting this year-a new/better digital camera!!

It is a 7mp SLR with a 10x optical and a 5x digital zoom
I love it !!
It's a Kodak Easy Share Z710 and unbelievably - it was only $250-from what I understand-that's cheap for an SLR

Not sure why I got the red feedback-type effect on the pics of Ms D but it has to have something to do with her color and the flash (the pics were taken in near darkness) because the "normal" colored geckos didn't have this problem
I am sure that I wil learn to take better pics in the year to come but I am really pleased with the improvement over my old 5 mp with the 3x optical
Anyway-I hope that you all enjoy the pics

I know that taking pics into a tank in the dark is not the most ideal situation to produce good pics but you know that I am going to be having lots of fun trying this camera out
